We have built low cost smart contracts that release ICO funds to the project only following the decision of its token buyers once the project meets its milestones.
To create a transparent, decentralized infrastructure, where one can track the targeted use of funds. Thanks to the W12 protocol, any party can create a nSpace Protocol organization of the type they need, set up its roadmap and determine the use of funds. Each participant will be able to track and control funds, and assess the impact of the contribution.
With the nSpace Protocol (W12), ICO participants can keep track of which wallets the funds are transferred to and for what purposes.
Tokens are automatically distributed to ICO participants via smart contracts. 20% of the funds raised are used as liquidity in the nSpace Protocol. 50% is transferred to the project owners, the remaining 30% is automatically transferred after 6 months if the majority of the participants do not vote within this period.
nSpace Protocol features a fully decentralized smart contracts and anti-scam system based on voting by ICO participants. Decisions on the platform are made by ICO participants through NSP management token poll voting.
Liquidity Security Protocol
nSpace Liquidity smart contracts are open source and fully transparent. Development is driven by NSP token voting in community surveys on the platform. When accepted, the update submitted to the vote takes place automatically and with a traceable transparent deploy contract.
